A true return on investment can only be calculated once the impact of the Training, Mentoring and Coaching has had time to improve the performance of the delegates.

You should expect:

  • Additional sales revenue
  • Higher gross margins due to stronger negotiation skills
  • Higher gross margins and additional sales due to stronger relationship skills.
  • New accounts due to the break in strategies – developed and trained.
  • Improved confidence levels and communication skills.
  • Improved activity levels and effective behaviour.

The alternative is to look through the training books and you select what the delegate needs. Typically a two day course in a major city costing £1800 each plus hotel, restaurant and bar.

Ask yourself:

  • What percentage of the course content did the delegate think was relevant to their learning needs.
  • When you have sent people before, what behaviour has changed after 1 month and 6 months?
