Course content is agreed once we have a good understanding of your business needs and an overview of the candidate(s).

Our advanced program is developed from our wide repertoire of training and learning material to meet your specific needs.  Rather than sending the candidate on a three day generic training course where only part of the learning content is relevant or of interest to the candidate.  We develop a program of learning and development for each candidate, unless you have a small group at a very similar level.

At this level, the candidates are likely to respond better to a Coaching style rather than a generic sales training, show and tell.  Or as some sales people call it, “death by PowerPoint”.

Coaching draws out and is more memorable form of self learning.  Where knowledge or skills need to be input, there is of course show and tell as well as role play and real life accompanied visits, with review and constructive feedback.

Our focus is on what you need, not what we offer.  We will adapt our content, develop new content if needed, to suit your specific needs.

We do not offer “off the shelf generic courses”, at this level, where you send someone for two or three days, plus expenses, for a small element of the course content the candidate wants to learn.

You cannot buy what we offer from the large generic sales training companies.
